What is good Government?
Government departments are under pressure to be more strategic -doing only the things that should be done by central government; more effective - offering customised, customer focused services - and more efficient -delivering value for money.
Achieving all this is no mean feat and a challenge to all Ministers and civil servants. We hope to be able to help.
We will be modelling individuals and teams who are regarded by their peers as exemplars of good practice asking them to answer the question - what is good government ?
