Simon Wilson is certified as an Assessor with the International Association of Facilitators

Simon Wilson joins Carol Sherriff as one of an international team of Facilitation assessors

Simon Wilson has passed his certification and probationary period as one of an international team of assessors of Certified Professional Facilitators.

The accreditation 'Certified Professional Facilitator' is the leading international certification for facilitators awarded by the International Association of Facilitators. Facilitators have to demonstrate their experience and competency against an internationally agreed competency framework. They also have to demonstrate their commitment to the International Association of Facilitators' code of ethics.

Once certified, Professional Facilitators have to demonstrate that they keep their their experience and competence up to date by recertifying every three years.

Simon Wilson, Carol Sherriff, Lindsay Wilson and David Rees of Wilson Sherriff are all Certified Professional Facilitators.

Carol, Lindsay, Dave and now Simon are also certified members of the team who assess and recertify Certified Professional Facilitators. Carol, Simon and Lindsay will be working together at the next certification programme held in Instanbul, Turkey in October.
