Wilson Sherriff presents ‘Working with difficult groups - The Heroes’ Journey’ at International Conference in Finland

Carol Sherriff and Simon Wilson are presenting their latest tools on how to work with difficult groups  at the International Association of Facilitators conference in Helsinki, Finland, 15 – 17 October 2010.  The session ‘The Heroes’ Journey: Helping Inflexible Groups – and Inflexible Facilitators – Get Unstuck’ will help facilitators, trainers and managers work more effectively with groups that seem inflexible and stuck. The session will also explore how facilitators inadvertently make things worse and what they can do to help groups get unstuck. The session is based on their chapter published earlier this year in the The Handbook for working with difficult groups (ed. Schuman 2010)

This session marks the launch of Wilson Sherriff's new programme of NLP facilitation courses.
