We were the first facilitation skills trainers to map the skills and competencies of the International Association of Facilitators to the tools and techniques offered by Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). We are now the first facilitation skills trainers to develop techniques taken from story-telling, hypnosis and metaphor to increase the depth and range at which you can work. In our Creative Facilitator course we also introduce and demonstrate methods including Open Space, World Cafe, and virtual facilitation. Our courses blend these skills and competencies so that you can create excellent results easily for all the groups you work with.
Trainers
Carol Sherriff and Simon Wilson are certified trainers of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Certified Professional Facilitators (CPF). Carol is also a certified trainer of Hypnotherapy and an assessor of CPFs. They are practicing facilitators as well as training facilitators, coaches, trainers and managers in Europe, North America, Asia and New Zealand. Both Carol and Simon have written about the tools and techniques they use in creating a culture of collaboration and working with difficult groups, for the International Association of Facilitators handbooks.
